UHP Sgt. Helps Save Life of Three Year Old
The fine men and women of the Utah Highway Patrol do amazing things each day. But some days stand out when extraordinary measures are taken. A three year old boy is alive today thanks to the lifesaving actions of UHP’s Sgt. Neff, and bystanders Leah Elam and Cecilia Elam, when they helped revive the boy from a near drowning.
