SUMMARY: On April 20,1998 the body of an unidentified female was found approximately 36 miles north of Bull Frog, Lake Powell. She was found wrapped in a child's rug. The rug had houses and roadways for children to play on. The victim was Caucasian with some Hispanic or native American, age 37-45 years old, 5'1" to 5'3" tall and estimated 105-115 lbs and she had dark brown wavy shoulder length hair.

SUMMARY: On October 8, 2000, the skeletal remains of an unidentified female were located just off a frontage road adjacent to I-80 and the south shore of the Great Salt Lake. Scientific analysis indicates that the decedent may have died as early as 1994, but as recently as 2000. It also revealed that she likely resided in the intermountain west region, to include the states of Utah, Wyoming, Montana, Washington, Oregon and Idaho. The decedent was estimated to be between 17 and 20 years of age at the time of her death. She was between 5'00" and 5'03" in height, and likely weighed between 80 and 100 pounds in life. She had long, light brown hair which fell slightly below her shoulders. She was wearing a bluish-purple choker necklace made from three intertwined strings (shown in composite image). He was between 5'06" and 5'07" and likely weighed between 120 and 150 pounds. Items found with the decedent were: Oversized pair of denim jeans with speckles of blue paint on them, Solo and Semore brand, waist size 38, size small shirt with military insignia, brown v-neck t shirt, yellow and tan soft leather lace up boots with the letter H branded on the sides and a black leather belt. SUMMARY: On April 26,2004 the skeletal remains of an unidentified male were located in Beaver County. The decedent was estimated to be between 33 and 45 years old and was approx. 5'04". Weight is unknown. He may be of hispanic decent and may have been there for 2 years. He had short black hair with a slight curl in it. The following items were located: A long grey and blue parka large in size, Unitech brand, white long sleeve dress shirt with a mandarin collar, white fleece lined sweat pants, and an ace bandage was also located. These remains were found after extensive searching of site pointed out by GARY RIDGWAY in June of 2003. Minimal skeletal remains were recovered ( 23 bones and three teeth; no skull or mandible). Dental records are available and a DNA profile has been developed by the University of North Texas and placed into CODIS. DNA is consistent with female. Anthropologists could not determine race. Deceased between 10 and 20 years and could date back to the 1970’s. DOB range would therefore be between 1957 and 1980. GARY LEON RIDGWAY admitted to this murder, pled guilty and is serving life in prison.
