BIG CHANGES:

Effective January 1, 2010, Driver License has big changes that will affect you.  If you are new to our state and need to apply for a Utah driver license or Identification card, please click here for a printable brochure with more information.

If your Utah driver license or Identification card is up for renewal or you need a duplicate, please click here for a printable brochure with more information. Please note that after December 21, 2009 you will not be able to renew your driver license through the US mail or on the internet.  This option has been discontinued due to new legislation.

Applicants for a Utah driver license or Identification card may fill out and print the on-line application and bring the completed form with you when visiting a Licensing Office.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Effective January 1, 2010, ALL applicants for a Utah driver license (original, renewal or duplicate) or Identification card will need to provide:

Office Changes

Effective January 1, 2010, our Delta office will extend their operating hours to Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Effective January 1, 2010 these Driver License Offices will no longer offer licensing services; Nephi, Fillmore, Panguitch, Loa, Beaver, and Kanab.  Please visit our Office Locations & Hours page to find a licensing office near you.

 

Governor Extends Four-Day Workweek

Effective February 12, 2010 our South Valley Office, co-located with the DMV in Draper (Salt Lake County) will be open 5-days a week.  Operating hours will be Monday - Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm.  Click here for office information
