I want a duplicate driver license with my new address
You have just moved to a new residence and would like to obtain a new Utah driver license with your current address, and your driver license does not expire within 6 months. You can appear at any of our field office locations and obtain a duplicate driver license for $18.00. Visit our Positive Identification page for what documents you will need to bring with you.
You are not required to obtain a new driver license with current residence, you can simply change your address online, or call our Customer Service to update the address in our system within 10 days of moving at 801-965-4437 or 888-353-4224.
