Mission Statement
To provide state and local jurisdictions with hazardous materials training and operational assistance emphasizing mitigation, identification, emergency response, and scene management for chemical, nuclear, biological or terrorism events.

To provide responders statewide training and technical support to bring a hazardous materials incident to a safe conclusion.
