Fatal Crashes:
Troopers investigated four fatal crashes over the Memorial Day weekend.
DUI Enforcement:
Troopers in Salt Lake County participated in a DUI enforcement saturation patrol on May 23, 2008. Troopers arrested 24 people for driving under the influence that night.
Interdiction:
Troopers seized 76 pounds of marijuana during three separate traffic stops made during May 22 – 27, 2008.
Presidential Motorcade:
Troopers assisted with the President George W. Bush’s motorcade and traffic control during his visit to Utah on May 22 – 23, 2008.
