POST - Accident Investigation (Intermediate)
Description:
This class builds upon the basic principles that are taught in POST and will teach the officer skill sets that they will need to properly investigate crashes. The officer will also be introduced to new formulas that will assist them in determining vehicle speed as well as perception and reaction distances. Students will need: Calculator, Pencil, Blank Paper, Northwestern Template,
Rollometer and Cloth Tape.

Student Notes:
This training is open to all agencies.
Officers attending this course must bring the following: Pen, mechanical pencil, Scientific Calculator, NorthWestern template, clip board, note/scratch paper, stop watch, cones, rollometer, and a 100 ft cloth tape.
Students must be able to attend the entire class.
