2016 Preliminary Traffic Fatality Report

On Wednesday, January 18, UDOT and DPS released preliminary traffic fatality numbers for 2016.

280 people lost their lives on Utah roads last year. 94% of these deaths were the consequences of human error (driving distracted, aggressive, drowsy, impaired or unbuckled)

We ask you to please honor their lives by choosing to drive safe.
